Band and Orchestra | Students can take a band and/or orchestra class and have opportunities to perform. |
Battle of the Books | Battle of the Books is a book-related competition for students in grades 4-5 (elementary) and 6-8 (middle school). Students are quizzed about books that they have read from the designated Battle of the Books reading list. Teams are sponsored by school libraries. |
Drama | Group of students that will work with staff and community volunteers to learn and produce a theater program in the fall and spring. |
Forensic Science Club | Students learn about crime scene investigation techniques. |
HOSA | HOSA-Future Health Professionals is a global student-led organization, whose mission is to promote career opportunities in the health industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. |
Math Counts | A nationally recognized program that enriches students who enjoy problem-solving, acquiring new skills, and challenging themselves in solving rigorous math problems of all backgrounds. |
Middle School Athletics | Students have the opportunity to participate in volleyball and basketball at the school level. At the district level, students can try out to participate in a variety of sports. |
Student Council | They are a group of elected and volunteer student leaders who work with an adult advisor to collaborate with others to impact their school community, which impacts their school, which impacts their town. Through projects and activities, student councils work to promote citizenship, scholarship, leadership, human relations, and cultural values. |
